Female Disability Support Worker – Semaphore Park, Adelaide Friday Daytime Shift | Creative & Community-Based Support Nextt is seeking a passionate and reliable FEMALE Disability Support Worker to support a female participant living with Down Syndrome and Autism in Semaphore Park, Adelaide. This is a rewarding role for someone who speaks Tiếng Việt, enjoys community access, creativity and building confidence through meaningful activities. Shifts: Every Friday: 11:30am – 2:30pm Opportunity for additional shifts Monday to Thursday as support needs grow About the Role: You will support the client to engage in activities she enjoys and benefits from, including: Transport and support to speech therapy Attending art and music classes Encouraging social participation and independence Providing calm, patient and person-centred support Working collaboratively with family The client speaks English - Vietnamese-speaking support workers are highly preferred to support communication with family members.
